Hadir sebagai Narasumber ketua Badan Penjaminan Mutu Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Dr. Suranto, M.Pd.I dan Agung Yulianto, S.Pd, M.Si Ketua Badan Penjaminan Mutu Universitas Negeri Semarang.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acara diselenggarakan di Aula Lantai 4 gedung Fakultas Adab dan Bahasa dihadiri langsung oleh Rektor Prof. Dr. Mudofir, S.Ag M.Pd \u00a0serta sejumlah Dekan, Wakil Dekan dan pimpinan lembaga serta unit kerja serta pengurus dan anggota Gugus Kendali Mutu Unit Pengelola Program Studi. GKM UPPS merupakan organ penggerak dan pengawas mutu internal pada setiap UPPS dan program studi. \u00a0Para peserta \u00a0mengikuti acara dengan penuh atensi dan berperan aktif. Penjaminan mutu harus dilakukan secara berkesinambungan dalam \u00a0\u00a0peningkatan layanan oleh semua pihak di lingkungan kampus, khususnya pemangku kepentingan internal. \u00a0SPME merupakan kulminasi dari proses SPMI yang telah dijalankan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Prof. Dr. Mudhofir, S.Ag, M.Pd memberikan arahan,\u00a0strategisnya peningkatan mutu. Penjaminan mutu merupakan \u00a0keniscayaan bagi pemangku kebijakan di lingkungan kampus sebagai usaha mencetak mahasiswa agar mampu berkiprah pada bidangnya. Dengan demikian survei-survei kepuasan harus dilakukan guna menjamin \u00a0terlaksananya jaminan mutu dalam berbagai layanan akademik dan non akademik. Hasil survei sangat baik sebagai evaluasi dan pijakan bagi perbaikan kebijaka. Tata kelola survei-survei kepuasan \u00a0sebaiknya dilakukan secara tersistem dengan aplikasi-aplikasi yang ramah dan mudah digunakan oleh para stakeholder.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hal senada ditegaskan Agung Yulianto, SPd, MSi. Beliau menambahkan penjabaran standar mutu berdasarkan indikator dan deskripsi penilaian kepuasan berdasar IAPS 4.0 meliputi; 1) \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0kepuasan melalui pengukuran mitra kerjasama, 2) \u00a0\u00a0Kepuasan pemangku kepentingan, 3) \u00a0Kepuasan mahasiswa, 4) \u00a0kepuasan pengguna lulusan.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Acara dilanjutkan dengan pembahasan hasil kerja GKM berupa penyusunan instrumen survey kepuasan stakeholder terhadap layanan manajemen yang terstandardisasi oleh LPM.
