Kegiatan ini merupakan respons aktif terhadap pedoman penyusunan Renstra Satuan Kerja Kementerian Agama dan RPJMN 2025\u20132045. Acara dibuka oleh Rektor UIN Raden Mas Said, Prof. Dr. Toto Suharto, S.Ag., M.Ag. yang menekankan bahwa penyusunan Renstra bukan hanya kewajiban administratif, melainkan instrumen utama membangun budaya mutu dan akuntabilitas di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span lang=\"EN-ID\">Dalam sambutannya, Rektor mengangkat pesan Menteri Pendidikan Tinggi, Sains, dan Teknologi (Mendikti Saintek), Brian Yuliarto yang ingin mendorong paradigma University 4.0 dengan konsep kolaborasi quadruple helix. Prof. Toto merespons dengan menekankan pentingnya penguatan model pentahelix \u2014 akademisi, pemerintah, industri, masyarakat, dan media \u2014 sebagai arah kebijakan UIN Raden Mas Said dalam membangun kolaborasi multipihak yang berdaya guna dan berdampak. Setelah evaluasi draft Renstra oleh Prof. Dr. Hj. Renstra yang disusun tidak hanya berbasis data capaian sebelumnya, tetapi juga memproyeksikan program unggulan lima tahun ke depan dengan mempertimbangkan arah kebijakan Kemenag dan prinsip glokalisasi tridarma. Malam hari kedua ditutup dengan paparan hasil sidang komisi serta penyesuaian final, yang juga turut disaksikan oleh rombongan dosen Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) dalam kunjungan singkatnya ke Tawangmangu, membuka wacana kolaborasi internasional di masa mendatang. Dokumen ini mengusung nilai-nilai LOYAL, UNGGUL, RESPONSIF, INOVATIF, dan KOLABORATIF (LURIK), sejalan dengan identitas budaya kampus dan arah transformasi menuju universitas kompetitif berkelas dunia. Kegiatan ini sekaligus menandai kesungguhan universitas dalam membangun sistem perencanaan yang terintegrasi, akuntabel, dan berorientasi hasil.
