Pendidikan merupakan kata kunci kemajuan suatu bangsa. Pada era global, era persaingan bebas, perguruan tinggi dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan pelayanan. Dalam meningkatkan dan menjaga kualitas perguruan tinggi harus melakukan pengendalian internal dan eksternal. Pengendalian internal dilakukan oleh perguruan tinggi yang bersangkutan dan pengendalian eksternal dapat dilakukan antara lain melalui penerapan manajemen ISO, Benchmark dengan perguruan tinggi yang sudah maju, dan akreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT).<\/p>\n<p>Implementasi penjaminan mutu di perguruan tinggi pada hakikatnya bertujuan memenuhi harapan masyarakat. Masyarakat menaruh harapan yg tinggi agar lulusan PTKI dapat berdaya saing tinggi baik mendapatkan pekerjaan yg layak bahkan menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan. Lulusan berdaya saing tinggi hanya akan lahir dari perguruan tinggi yg telah memiliki budaya mutu.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam konteks itu rekruitmen calon asesor keagamaan buah kerja sama diktis-BAN PT 20-22 juni 2019 merupakan ikhtiar strategis, guna melakukan percepatan perbaikan budaya mutu khususnya di lingkungan PTKI. Mengingat peran tim asesor sangat penting dalam menetapkan hasil penilaian akreditasi, maka mereka harus direkrut, diseleksi secara ketatdan dilatih secara khusus, sehingga dapat memenuhi persyaratan akademik, profesional, sosial, dan pribadi yang ditentukan oleh BAN-PT. Persyaratan-persyaratan khusus telah ditetapkan.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lpm.iain-surakarta.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-27-at-08.26.07.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-917\" src=\"http:\/\/lpm.iain-surakarta.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-27-at-08.26.07-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/lpm.iain-surakarta.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-27-at-08.26.22.jpeg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-918\" src=\"http:\/\/lpm.iain-surakarta.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/WhatsApp-Image-2019-06-27-at-08.26.22-150x150.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Pola standar tinggi tes psikologi dan wawancara yg dilakukan, diakui memberikan pengalaman tersendiri yg tak terlupakan.\u00a0 Hal itu ditegaskan oleh salahsatu anggota dewan eksekutif BAN-PT, sebagai pembelajaran bahwa asesor mengemban tugas mulia namun akan sering dihadapkan dalam situasi &#8220;under pressure&#8221;, terutama setelah sistem serba real time diberlakukan.<\/p>\n<p>Anggota Dewan Esekutif selaku penanggung jawab kegiatan dari BAN PT Sugiyono, mengatakan bahwa ada 336 dosen tetap PTKN dari 44 perguruan tinggi yang mendaftar menjadi Asesor. Namun, hanya 100 peserta yang lolos seleksi administrasi.\u00a0Diantaranya berasal dari IAIN Surakarta yaitu Dr. H. Abdul Matin bin Salman,M.Ag, Dr. H. Muh Nashirudin MA., M.Ag, dan Dr. R.
